By contacting, enrolling in, or using the services of Armenta Learning Academy ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms.
Services Armenta Learning Academy provides one-on-one tutoring, academic assessment, and custom curriculum services for students with learning differences in Laguna Niguel, CA and surrounding areas.
SMS Communications By providing your phone number to Armenta Learning Academy, you consent to receive SMS text messages regarding tutoring services, scheduling, enrollment updates, and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Appointments and Scheduling Clients are responsible for notifying Armenta Learning Academy of cancellations or schedule changes as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for sessions cancelled without adequate notice per the agreement made at enrollment.
Payment Payment terms are established at the time of enrollment. Armenta Learning Academy reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Limitation of Liability Armenta Learning Academy makes no guarantee of specific academic outcomes. We commit to delivering individualized, high-quality instruction tailored to each student's needs.
Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
